RDL AL G2 Tuneable White is a ligature resistant downlight specifically designed for challenging environments, such as custodial and secure healthcare facilities.

RDL AL G2 Tuneable White can adjust colour temperatures to help influence our wellbeing and replicate our natural circadian rhythm. Cool colour temperatures can boost activity whilst warm colour temperatures can aid relaxation. RDL AL G2 Tuneable White’s uniform illumination ensures a consistent light distribution, enhancing visibility and reducing glare to create a comfortable feel.

RDL AL G2 Tuneable White is designed to meet the requirements of “Design in Mental Health Network’s (DiMHN) Testing Guidance for Products in Mental Health Facilities” rating LIG5-5/ES2. RDL AL G2 Tuneable White is a ligature resistant fitting, designed to help prevent self-harming, with ligature resistant first fix bezel.

Designed to be disassembled and reinstated to ensure maintenance can be undertaken quickly and easily after anti-pick mastic application. 

Suitable for recessed ceiling mounting.

IP65 (from below only) and rated to IK14 (100 joules of energy) ensuring a high level of impact resistance.

Zinc coated steel body with machined aluminium bezel and face finished in polyester powder coat with clear or opal polycarbonate diffuser. 

Remote DALI (Device Type 8) driver controlled by DALI control system (additional control devices required).
