Basilica Tuneable White: 

Basilica Tuneable White is a ligature resistant bulkhead designed for challenging environments including custodial and secure healthcare.

Basilica Tuneable White can adjust colour temperatures to help influence our wellbeing and replicate our natural circadian rhythm. Cool colour temperatures can boost activity whilst warm colour temperatures can aid relaxation. Basilica Tuneable White’s uniform illumination ensures a consistent light distribution, enhancing visibility and reducing glare to create a comfortable feel. The smooth surface enables easy cleaning, helping to maintain a bright welcoming environment.

Basilica Tuneable White is designed to meet the requirements of “Design in Mental Health Network’s (DiMHN) Testing Guidance for Products in Mental Health Facilities” rating LIG5-5/ES2 (ceiling mounted) and LIG5-5 (wall mounted). It minimises the risk of self-harm or injury by preventing the attachment of ligatures, and is designed to be disassembled and reinstated to ensure maintenance can be undertaken quickly and easily after anti-pick mastic application.

IP66 and rated to IK20 (250 joules of energy) ensuring a very high level of impact resistance. 

Aluminium die-cast body finished in polyester powder coat paint. 

Opal polycarbonate diffuser secured with tamperproof screws.

Electronic control gear on a removable tray for ease of repair/upgrade with plug and socket connector block. DALI (Device Type 8) Driver as standard. Controlled by DALI control system (additional control devices required).

Suitable for wall or ceiling mounting.
