RDL AL G2 anti-ligature luminaire is designed to meet the requirements of “Design in Mental Health Network’s (DiMHN) Testing Guidance for Products in Mental Health Facilities” rating LIG5-5/ES2.

RDL AL G2 anti-ligature luminaire is a round downlight suitable for secure accommodation. 

Anti-ligature fitting, designed to help prevent self harming, with anti ligature first fix bezel.

Designed to be disassembled and reinstated to ensure maintenance can be undertaken quickly and easily after anti-pick mastic application. 

RDL AL G2 fits into a standard cut-out of 215mm. 

Suitable for varying ceiling thickness with adjustable retaining brackets varying between 9.5-50mm. 

IP65 (from below only) and rated to IK14 (100 joules of energy) ensuring a high level of impact resistance.

Machined aluminium, powder coated bezel and face with either clear or opal polycarbonate diffuser. 

Remote electronic control gear. 

Tested to operate in ambient temperatures of up to 40°C and efficacies of >89 lm/W. 

Suitable for ceiling mounting and finished in smooth white polyester powder coat.
