Stromma is a vandal resistant stand alone luminaire or continuous illumination system. It is designed for secure healthcare facilities, transport applications and community and public installations.

Product Information

Stromma’s opal or asymmetric diffuser provides a soft lit appearance, while providing uniform illumination, ensuring a consistent light distribution. Stromma utilises high transmission material which helps prevent hot spots, provides uniform light output and has advanced UV resistance.

Stromma can be specified as a standalone luminaire or a continuous illumination system by utilising easily integrated modules. Stromma is convenient to upgrade and maintain further to a removable LED gear tray.

Stromma can be surface mounted, suspended, or recessed with a flange. Integral through wire trunking for up to 3 lighting circuits, providing long continuous runs, remote central battery capability and enhanced circuit diversity.

Transport applications include covered platforms, ticket areas and station forecourts. Community and Public applications include subways. Secure Health applications include corridors and circulation spaces.

This luminaire is designed for longevity and sustainability and adheres to our circular design principles. We conduct a circular economy assessment using TM66 and measure embodied carbon (kgCO₂e) in accordance with TM65.2.

• For paint colour options, please replace -MS with required paint code.

•When specifying continuous illumination, low and high output versions should not be mixed.
•Allow a tolerance of +3mm on overall dimensions.
•For stand-alone units, maximum number of luminaires per MCB:
Type B10 MCB – 13 pcs
Type C10 MCB – 21 pcs
• For continuous runs, maximum 10 luminaires (2 Amps) per circuit.
• -1C / -3C options not available in 589mm luminaire.
• For beginning or end fittings of a continuous run deduct 3mm from dimension for length. For middle fittings deduct 6mm from dimension for length.
• For 240V changeover relay, please call technical sales on +44 (0)20 8254 2022.
• -E3 and -ED options not available for 589mm luminaire.
• -3H only available in 1431mm luminaire.
• -R Recessed option includes 10mm flange all round. For recessed cut-out add 5mm to width and length shown.
• -S Suspended option comes with brackets. Drop rods and fasteners not included.
