Obex is a ligature resistant luminaire specifically designed for challenging environments, such as custodial facilities.

Obex’s uniform illumination ensures a consistent light distribution, enhancing visibility and reducing glare. Obex’s flush smooth diffuser and front plate assembly aids easy cleaning and enhanced ligature resistance capability.

The ligature resistant design helps prevent self-harming. Complete with 3 light level switchable circuits for cleaning, daytime operation and night light.

Applications include police stations and law courts.

Obex Trunking provides a cable management system for this luminaire.

This luminaire is designed for longevity and sustainability and adheres to our circular design principles. We conduct a circular economy assessment using TM66 and measure embodied carbon (kgCO₂e) in accordance with TM65.2.

Housing: Zinc coated steel body.

Diffuser: Flush Opal polycarbonate diffuser in frame secured with tamperproof screws.

Driver: Electronic control gear on a removable tray for ease of repair/upgrade with fused plug & socket connector block for 3 level switching & night light. DALI drivers as standard.

Mounting: Cornice

Cable Entry: Provision for conduit entry in ends.
